Maria Longobardi is the new Executive Committee Vice Chair of the APS Forum on Industrial and Applied Physics (FIAP)

The APS Forum on Industrial and Applied Physics (FIAP) welcomes Maria Longobardi to the Executive Committee as Vice Chair. Maria has been actively involved in different leadership roles in the APS. In 2016, she founded and led the Forum on Early Career Scientists (FECS) until 2020, which became, in less than 2 years, one of the largest APS Units, creating a strong partnership with FIAP.
