The Silicon Quantum Electronics Workshop (SiQEW) is an international workshop series that began in 2007 to promote the exchange of recent advances in semiconductor-based quantum technologies, particularly silicon qubits.
Over the years, SiQEW has become a key forum for presenting and discussing the latest developments in electrically controlled spin qubits in semiconductor quantum devices.
SiQEW 2026 will be held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, Republic of Korea, from August 31 to September 2, 2026. The workshop will feature oral and poster presentations covering recent progress in semiconductor qubits and quantum electronics. In this edition, the main workshop (SiQEW2026) is combined with the newly launched one-day satellite workshop, the International Conference on Spin Shuttling (ICOSS), focusing on both experimental and theoretical aspects of the qubit-shuttling process in the semiconductor qubit platform toward the development of scalable quantum technology.
